Upper Canada Forest Products Acquires MA Hardwoods to Expand Its Market Reach in Eastern Canada, Western Europe, and Asia

We are pleased to announce that Upper Canada Forest Products has acquired MA Hardwoods, a Canadian based exporter of high-quality, Canadian and American domestic hardwoods to Western Europe and Asia. This acquisition will go into effect as of September 1st, 2023. 

The acquisition will strengthen Upper Canada Forest Products’ position as a leader in the industry, expanding its portfolio and geographic reach. MA Hardwoods has been in business for over 30 years and has established a reputation for customer care and excellent service. MA Hardwoods has supported suppliers and manufacturers with expert advice for sourcing and specifying premium hardwood lumber such as Hard Maple, White Oak, Red Oak, Cherry, and Walnut for every application.
